It provides opportunities for study periods abroad, traineeships, apprenticeships, and staff exchanges in all fields of education, training, youth and sport. It is open to school pupils, higher education and vocational education and training students, adult learners, youth exchanges, youth workers and sport coaches. The main features of the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 are: Inclusion and diversity: more inclusive and accessible funding program. Participation: improving active involvement in the program and in society. Sustainability: making the funding programs sustainable and promote sustainable action. Digitalization: promoting the use of digital tools and the development of digital skills.

Youth Exchanges Open to people between the ages of 13 and 30. Group leader at least 18 years old and without an upper age limit. They allow groups of young people from at least two different countries to meet, live together, work on shared projects for up to 21 days. Youth exchanges focus on intercultural learning, understanding, learning new cultures and countries through non-formal education methods. During a Youth Exchange, participants, supported by group leaders, jointly carry out a work programme (a mix of workshops, exercises, debates, role-plays, simulations, outdoor activities, etc.) designed and prepared by them before the Exchange.
